Anthropic and Accenture Commit at Least $2 Billion to Independent AI Evaluation

Anthropic and Accenture are building an embedded evaluation programme for frontier AI models.

Each company expects to invest at least $1 billion over five years in evaluation capacity.

The work will include model evaluation, red teaming, alignment assessments and safeguard testing. Evaluators are expected to work inside AI companies with unusually deep access to how models are developed.
